Alleged Serial Sexual Predator Charged with Multiple Assaults

Edward Eisenhard, a 38-year-old resident of Springfield, Bucks County, has been charged with several felony offenses following allegations that he sexually assaulted three female victims over a short period. Authorities revealed that Eisenhard allegedly targeted women at his workplaces and is also accused of sexually abusing a minor in her home.

Incidents at Valley of Fear and Five Below

Eisenhard was a supervisor at the Valley of Fear Halloween attraction in Feasterville. According to prosecutors, on September 25, during the event’s opening night, Eisenhard assaulted a 38-year-old co-worker. The woman reported that Eisenhard strangled and sexually assaulted her over her clothing during his break. She informed other managers and local police following the incident, and Eisenhard was subsequently fired from his position.

Just two days later, Eisenhard, who also worked as a manager at a Five Below store in Bucks County, was accused of assaulting a 19-year-old co-worker. Prosecutors allege that he restrained her and committed a sexual assault while she was cleaning the store’s stock room.

Sexual Abuse of a Minor Under Investigation

During the criminal investigation, a 12-year-old girl came forward and alleged that Eisenhard had sexually assaulted her at least twice at her family’s home in Springfield Township. Authorities claim one assault occurred in December 2025 and another took place earlier this month. According to Bucks County District Attorney Joe Kahn, Eisenhard had access to the victim due to his relationship with her family and was allegedly able to enter her bedroom while she was sleeping.

Ongoing Law Enforcement Investigation

Bucks County District Attorney Joe Kahn described Eisenhard as a "serial sexual predator" and said there are ongoing investigations concerning other allegations at both Valley of Fear and Five Below. While details of additional allegations have not been disclosed, the DA stated, “The evidence gathered in these investigations reveals a calculated pattern of behavior by a serial predator who preyed upon vulnerable female victims.” Authorities are requesting anyone with information about Eisenhard to contact Bucks County Detectives at 215-348-6354.

Felony Charges Filed and Bail Status

Eisenhard has been charged with strangulation, simple assault, indecent assault, and related offenses in the Valley of Fear incident. He faces similar felony charges for the Five Below case. For the alleged crimes in Springfield Township involving the minor, charges include aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, harassment, and related offenses. Prosecutors have filed a motion in court to deny Eisenhard bail, emphasizing the seriousness of the allegations and the variety of offenses across age groups.

Public Asked to Assist With Investigation

While Eisenhard had never been previously charged with sexual assault and his name does not appear on any sex offender registry, authorities believe there may be additional victims due to his long work history at Valley of Fear and as a former volunteer firefighter. District Attorney Kahn urged the public to come forward with any information to help ensure Eisenhard is held accountable, stating, “We have brought charges with respect to three victims, but we are investigating allegations of additional conduct.”
